-----Phase 7----- SUN This is the Afterlife's Sun, once a great and powerful god-like being, now chained to a set trajectory and reduced to the role of a glorified lamp. Even as it stands, its sheer size and power blind you. It may be an artificial sun, but it shines just as brightly, illuminating your mind with its light. The Light. The Sun. The Sun The SUN THE SUN THE SUNTHESUNTHESUNTHESUNTHESUNTHESUNTHESUNTHESUN- It moves and circles, its hundreds of thousands of impossibly complicated gears and clockworks chiming ominously. It feels as though the entire area can move. There's a hole in the outer shell. You can see gears struggle to spin within, and oil drips from the hole. It appears as though there is a control panel at the heart of the machine. It seems to let you set the time of day, and therefore the area where it will stop moving for a phase. There are four choices: 12 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock and 9 o'clock. It also appears that there is a pile of various cogs, gears, and other machine parts that might be for spares, or might just have been discarded by the Sun. You could likely find quite a lot of complex mechanisms of all sorts. There seems to be a dumbbell that has been made out of two gears and a shaft! You can fire this to deal 0.75 hearts of damage with a reliable chance to hit, or you can throw a coin and try to hit that, to get a guaranteed attack on anything, living or not, on the map that you choose! 🔹nailgun 💪BIG It's an overheat nailgun! It has one charge. It does a decent amount of damage with its base attack. If you expend a heat charge, the nails get a lot more powerful! They can pin whoever they hit to the ground, cancelling their movement action. You may also be able to jam these charged nails into surfaces! However, once both charges have been expended, the weapon does no more damage than a regular attack. 🔹railcannon 💪BIG It's an electric railcannon! Once every 3 phases, it can be fired for 1.25 hearts of damage with very high accuracy. Alternatively, you may use this weapon to "electrify" someone or something, causing them to take .25 more damage from all sources for the next two phases. Electrified objects and players are magnetic, and all attacks made on them have improved accuracy.

Uh well. What now?
Let me do the math here. Assuming that this entire afterlife is symmetrical the pattern should be Pleroma > Cloudtops > Purgatory > Greed? Yes yes that should be it.
Right now I am hanging over greed. Next up should be Pleroma, then Cloudtops and then back to Purgatory.
Wait, 12 o’ clock relative to where?

V1 brandishes his marksman.
Flicking a coin between the exposed gears, he then fires a bullet into the control panel.
...the panel starts smoking, and the gears churn to a stop.
The whole sun lurches and heaves.
You can't quite tell what's going on, but it feels like the sun has come to a stop in the sky.
Until...
Freefall.
V1 backflips out, crashing through the window of my office, just before the sun smashes into the tower.
Gears and pieces of flaming clockwork fly everywhere, until the light of the sun slowly sputters out.
It's finally dead.
